  37. WinQVT/Net will give you news/telnet/ftp/lpr/pop mail in one shareware windows
  38. application either standalone (not recommended for gatewaying on air with!) or
  39. using the microsoft tcp/ip winsock package with it. If you have to use 
  40. windows 8) then I'd strongly suggest WinQVT/Net as a fine product.

  42. You can apparently do slip [this is second hand info] by using ODI drivers
  43. with the Microsoft stack (ie as if you were a netware client). Then use
  44. ODIPKT and the packet driver collection EtherSLIP driver ...

  63. Ok today i upload to ftp.ucsd.edu the latest wnos sources
  64. In this version there is:
  65. pop2 pop3 clients and servers
  66. TCPAccess
  67. IPAccess
  68. small fixes and improvements
  69. changed the display of the trace window to include
  70. some nice colors so that you can seperate the different
  71. protocols from the normal ax25 traffic
  72. ax25 heard list fixed to show true traffic type IPCAM TCPIP NETROM AX25
  73. etc,  Again the code fixes and support is NOT all from me
  74. Thanks to dg1zx dl8yq dl1bke dl6zba and the list in the startup banner
  75.  
  76. i will compile today some wnos.exe's and upload at the same time.
